The student group that took on a challenge from Ligna Energy won the autumn’s “Best Pitch Award”. The jury, consisting of Martina Hegestig at Lead, Peter Björling at Almi Företagspartner i Östergötland AB and Fredrik Larsson at Linköping Science park, named PLANTIT as the winner of the pitch competition. 

The student group that took on a challenge from Ligna Energy won the autumn’s “Best Pitch Award”. The jury, consisting of Martina Hegestig at Lead, Peter Björling at Almi Företagspartner i Östergötland AB and Fredrik Larsson at Linköping Science park, named PLANTIT as the winner of the pitch competition. Their motivation: 

“Well prepared and with a big engagement. A great visual presentation and a clear mockup. Addressing one of the fundamental challenges on the globe. The students showed how integrating modern technology makes the industry more efficient and creates a smaller footprint on our earth.”

Instead of a physical prize, we let the winning project team choose a charity or foundation to send the prize money to. PLANTIT decided to donate to Cancerfonden, which warmly thanked them for the gift of SEK 2,000.
